Founded what would become one of Time Inc.’s largest new business initiatives in decades: a youth sports technology platform designed to modernize participation, communication, scheduling, and community engagement across amateur athletics.
The venture unified multiple acquired technology companies into a single integrated platform serving teams, leagues, coaches, parents, and athletes nationwide.
The work combined platform strategy, operational integration, product development, audience growth, new revenue streams, and consolidation of a fragmented and rapidly evolving category.
More than a software business, the platform became an infrastructure layer for participation itself — enabling tens of millions of families, players, and teams connected through youth sports.
The company was ultimately acquired by NBC Sports / SportsEngine.
